How do I fund my balance?
Deposit USDT on the TRC-20 network. Open the deposit page in your web cabinet and send USDT to the address shown for that deposit. It is confirmed and converted to US dollars automatically, usually within about 10 minutes. Libicard charges no deposit fee.
What does a card cost?
The issue fee: $2.50 for the ads card, $2.50 for the online card, $10 for the wallet card. Every amount you load onto a card carries the card top-up fee, including the starting balance: 4% as standard. On request, your manager sets 3.5% on your account above $100,000 of monthly turnover and 2.7% above $500,000. Card payments can also carry the card provider's own fees; each card's page in your cabinet lists them.
How do I get 3.5% or 2.7%?
Write to your manager in Telegram. Volume rates are set on your account by your manager, based on your monthly turnover.
Which card should I choose?
Choose by the job: advertising payments, the ads card; online services, AI tools and games, the online card; Apple Pay and Google Pay, the wallet card. Your cabinet shows each card's description before you issue it.
Will the card work with a specific service?
Each card is made for its job. Merchants decide what they accept and can change it, so we never promise a named platform or service. Tell your manager what you pay for and we will suggest where to start.
How many cards can I have?
Libicard sets no cap on the number of cards.
Can I manage my cards in Telegram?
Yes. Signed up with Telegram? Open Libicard in @Libicard_bot. Signed up with email? Under Account in your web cabinet, choose Connect Telegram first. Card notices are turned on under Notifications. New to Libicard? Sign up with your email or Telegram.
